After serving the County of Los Angeles for over 26 years as an attorney, Jennifer Leal Gowen is thrilled to be fulfilling her lifelong dream of becoming a Realtor in Pasadena.

While in law school, Jennifer found herself drawn to classes on property rights and real estate law, though her career path initially led her into public service. Over the years, she dedicated herself to guiding countless individuals and families through complex legal systems with care, empathy, and a steady hand. Now, she brings that same professionalism and commitment to helping clients through the process of buying or selling their homes.

A lifelong resident of the San Gabriel Valley, Jennifer has called San Marino, Pasadena, and Sierra Madre home. Deeply connected to her community, she generously shares her time and talents with numerous local organizations, including the Christ Child Society of Pasadena (former Board member), Sycamores (former Board member), Mater Dolorosa (current annual fundraiser chair), Social Service Auxiliary, Friends of the Sierra Madre Library, and P.E.O., to name a few.

She feels blessed to live and work in such a vibrant community and looks forward to assisting her clients, whether they’re selling a longtime family residence, relocating to the area, or purchasing their very first home.
